Overview
At Teach Connect Global (under SAL Consulting LLC), I served as a UX/UI and Marketing Intern, leading digital design initiatives that bridged education, technology, and community impact. The organization focuses on connecting global educators and students through accessible, cross-cultural learning experiences. My role centered on redesigning the platform for a more intuitive and modern user experience while strengthening its digital storytelling across social channels.
UX/UI Design & Digital Systems
I spearheaded the website redesign with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual cohesion—translating the brand’s educational mission into a clean, student-centered interface. Working with HTML, CSS, and React, I built responsive layouts and optimized the site’s information flow to make navigation effortless for users worldwide.
To streamline internal collaboration, I developed a centralized Airtable system that tracked projects, communications, and content schedules. This improved workflow transparency and reduced administrative delays, allowing the team to focus more on content creation and program delivery.
Marketing & Brand Storytelling
Beyond design, I managed a cross-platform marketing strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and the organization’s blog. I created visually engaging content, coordinated outreach efforts, and used analytics to refine campaign performance.
Through this work, I learned to blend creative storytelling with data-driven marketing—highlighting the organization’s mission to democratize education through digital tools. By integrating design and marketing, I helped establish a cohesive online presence that reflected Teach Connect Global’s values of accessibility, innovation, and global collaboration.
