Overview
As a Product Strategy & Development Summer Analyst at Cy Swaps, I contributed to building a sustainable, circular fashion platform that reimagines the way people exchange clothing online. The startup’s mission focuses on promoting reuse and conscious consumerism through tech-enabled swapping systems. I played a key role in developing user-facing features, product enhancements, and marketing strategies that improved both engagement and operational efficiency.
Product Design & Development
I collaborated with the product team to conceptualize and build five new product features, including a smart matching algorithm and swapping extension that optimized item recommendations and reduced missed return windows by 30%. Using Python, Bubble, and JavaScript, I helped design interfaces that made the swapping process more intuitive and enjoyable.
Additionally, I co-developed a Chrome extension that notified users when swaps were available—boosting engagement across the platform by 25%. These projects strengthened my skills in user-centered design, agile development, and full-cycle product testing.
Community Growth & Digital Marketing
Beyond product development, I led digital outreach and brand storytelling for Cy Swaps’ growing online community. I designed and published content for Instagram and LinkedIn, increasing audience engagement and contributing to a 40% growth in followers. My social campaigns helped secure four brand-aligned pop-up partnerships, expanding the company’s reach into local creative and sustainable fashion communities.
